What To Expect
2025 Print Release
Print Release is September 26th to October 11th. It will start at 8:00AM MDT on the 26th and end at 11:59PM MDT on the 11th. Everyone signed up for the mailing list will have access 15 minutes early!
Once it is over, these prints will not be available anymore.

Important Information About the Sale
Sizing and Material:
Print sizes are from edge of paper to edge of paper. There is a one-inch white border around the image that is included in the size. The numbering and signature will be on the white border and on the back of the canvas prints.
The paper prints are on a Hahnemuhle photo rag satin cotton semi-matte paper and use pigment-based inks ** RECOMMEND FRAMING. The paper and inks are made to last and withstand the test of time- meaning limited fading or yellowing.
The canvas prints are on a matte canvas, spray coated with UV blocking satin varnish, and comes stretched or unstretched ( if you require shipping, I recommend purchasing unstretched to reduce shipping cost and risk of damage) **DOES NOT NEED FRAME WHEN STRETCHED. The varnish protects the image from damage and allows it to stand the test of time-meaning limited fading and scratching.
Before You Check Out:
Please make sure you have chosen the correct image and quantity. All sales are final.
While Checking Out:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. CORRECT THIS INFO BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT. If you have an apartment number, please include it!
After The Order:
You will receive an email ORDER CONFIRMATION showing your address and the prints you ordered. Please make sure everything is correct. If you did not receive confirmation, then you did not input the correct email address when you checked out. Contact info@reneegould.ca for corrections.
Timeline:
Prints will ship from the time the sale ends through December. Prints will ship in the order that they are printed and processed, not necessarily in the order that they were placed. Shipping times may exceed past December if there is an exceedingly high volume of orders.
Address Changes:
If your shipping address changes or you will be traveling during the process, you can contact me at info@reneegould.ca to change your address or provide dates that you will be away. You can also update the address to a friend or family member that will be available.
Shipping Methods:
All paper prints and unstretched canvas are shipped rolled in tubes. They will be shipped via Canada Post. If you have any issue with this carrier please contact us with your order information to confirm which carrier delivers to your address.
Damaged Prints
All prints undergo an extensive quality control and special packing process because my goal is to make sure you receive everything in good condition. Even if your tube appears to be damaged, please accept the delivery. Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage. Our packing process allows for a chance the print(s) did not get damaged. If there is damage please take photos and email them to info@reneegould.ca . All claims must be initiated by the shipper so please contact us first if there are any issues.
Giveaways
There are 10 original chicken paintings on paper that are gifts for the first 10 orders. I would suggest signing up for the Email early access (15 mins early) if you would like a shot at these. These items will ship separately from the prints.
