Commission an oil painting

Below is a general price list for custom paintings. These are common sizes I offer, but you're not limited to them — I’m happy to work with you to find the perfect size and price point for your space and vision.

Custom Painting Price List (in CAD):

24x24 – $2500 (smallest custom size I offer)
24x36 – $3400
36x36 – $5300
36x60 – $10,000

Prices do not include shipping or framing.

A few details about the process:

Timeline: On average, custom paintings take 1–2 months to complete, depending on size and subject matter.
Medium: All custom work is hand-painted by me in oil on 1.5" deep canvas, with painted edges — so framing is optional.
Shipping: I ship worldwide and take great care in packaging. Knock on wood — I’ve never had a painting damaged in transit! But if anything were to happen, I offer a full refund or will repaint the piece.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and begin work.

Once you’re ready to move forward, send over a photo (or several — more is better!). Send to info@reneegould.ca
I do not send progress photos, and once the piece is signed, I do not rework it. This protects my creative process and allows me to give you my very best work.
