Growing up, horses have always been apart of my life. My dad would take me and my four brothers for week long pack trips in the mountains. I began to cultivate a deep love for the peace that riding in the mountains brings me. I start my photography journey because i would ride into these incredible places and I wanted to never forget that moment. In the past few years I’ve been really working on growing my horsemanship. Constantly learning and growing. I believe that there are many ways to be a “cowgirl” but when i think of it personally, I think of courage.

It’s showing up when you’re tired, riding out when you’re scared, and standing tall when others would sit down. My dad grew up a farmer and my family ranches, I’m proud of what I’ve been able to learn. But I can’t wait to see where my journey goes. Wherever it may lead me, I’ll always feel at home on the back of a horse.
